“More than 500 people have applied to teach this coming school year at Carver Middle School, a long-struggling campus that received an F grade from the state in 2016,” reports the Orlando Sentinel.
“To lure experienced educators to the school, the district is offering extra pay totaling $70,000 per teacher over the next three years.”
