71% of parents: My kid’s school is OK

Seventy-one percent of parents are satisifed with their own child’s education, but only 48 percent are satisfied with education quality in the U.S. as a whole, reports Gallup. That’s down from last year’s 79 percent.

Surveying all Americans, including non-parents, lowers the satisfaction rate to 43 percent.
