“Infographic” is coming to mean, “We couldn’t put together a coherent argument based upon this data, but with some clever presentation and graphics perhaps you won’t notice how weak our argument is.”
It’s funny, I think, that the same organization that complains of 40% of college grads returning home after graduation (in the context of the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression) is telling its prospective customers for at home study, “Never Leave Home Again”.
Yes, it is funny.
You know what else is funny? Complaining about the lack of substance, substancelessly.
It’s a presentation of various facts and figures. If you don’t like the self-evident conclusion to be drawn then I suppose all you’re left with is a substanceless complaint and the hope that no one will notice how empty of value is your complaint.
