How terrible! We need to import a couple of more billion immigrants immediately.
If it followed the local high school demographics, there is a brief plateau, followed by more growth. It is very simple to look at the k-12pipeline (although it does involve some math.) We had to hire an independent consultant to run the same figures before the local high school district would believe the parents. Even then the initial reactions were to increase the attrition rate or to increase class size.
