The incompetence of the state-run system is why for-profits are thriving… They’re actually getting the job done. And yet the Obama administration would love to shut them down, denying half of all current college students (or future ones) *any* chance to get a degree of any kind. We can’t let the state-run systems, with their “few even get in to try” elitism, be threatened!
