I know this piece has been around for awhile, but it’s still one of my favorite videos ever from the Onion. I especially love the woman singing whale songs. If only I could write half as well as the folks who write this stuff.
“My mama was too busy workin’ to be cooin’ any whale songs to me.”
Gotta love The Onion.
LOL!
Particularly ironic for me because the only family night I remember from elementary school was whale night
All elementary school students should be forced to watch “Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home” once a week, every week, until they love whales… or want to watch more Star Trek.
As someone whose entire sixth grade education seemed centered around The Voyage of the Mimi, I love that they chose whales for this piece.
