He wants education to be more like milk: harvested through tubes in factories from cattle that have been genetically altered, pumped up on steroids and kept artifically pregnant until they are slaughtered and ground up into a hamburger. At least though when you pay for a gallon of milk you actually get a gallon of milk. Not necessarily the case when you pay for a gallon of education.
