One-armed blogger

Blogging will be light until my right arm comes out of the sling and I’m not so dependent on Vicodin. I had surgery to fix my rotator cuff and frozen shoulder.

  13. Tom Linehan says:

    Hi Joanne,

I had a rotator cuff repaired last June. Before the operation my shoulder was so sore, I could not sleep. If I could, I would have the rest of my joints fixed as well. My shoulder feels great. I have gained back most of my strength and almost all of my range of motion.

I hope you do as well.
