Those who elect to do things out of their personal PASSION will not only get something out of it but do everything in their power to make sure their cause/community gets something out of it. When you force kids, or anyone for that matter, to do some sort of community service work, you simply won't get as much mileage out of it. That's what happens when you force people to do something who's hearts aren't in it. Indeed, Norma.
