		<description>Luckily for those who aren&#039;t for real changes in education, one of the side effects of fewer people getting a good education is the growing inability among our population to recognize a good education. So Obama&#039;s tinkering might seem more significant to many than it is.  Also, for those students who get a high quality education, they will face less competition for good colleges and high paying jobs.</description>
