		<description>Well, preschools aren&#039;t forced to take in any student that lives within a certain area, so it shouldn&#039;t be a surprise that the quality preschools take children from the most capable parents.
Not that I&#039;m supporting mandatory public preschool, just commenting about the need for this study.

Although, this gets me thinking about schools in general... everyone always seems to comment that schools can be improved by bringing in more capable staff, more technology, or smaller classes, but what if the cold, hard truth is that the atmosphere of the overall school is mostly determined by its student population?
If thats the case there&#039;s nothing that the government can do to &quot;fix&quot; our schools short of removing the ones who don&#039;t belong.</description>
