Teens say ‘no’ to drugs

Teen-age drug use is declining, according to a federal study.

Children 12 to 17 years old who reported using any illicit drug in the past month declined from 11.4% to 10.9% between 2002 and 2004.

Alaska teens are most likely to toke up; Mississippi teens are the least likely to use illegal drugs.

Governments only make things illegal. The only way thay can legalize anything is by repealing the law that made it illegal in the first place!
