About Joanne

  1. While articles like this may be of interest to medical professionals, public education has little place for a scientific understanding of learning. There are many more pressing problems then ensuring that learning occurs.

Problems like staffing, union demands, funding issues, scheduling, political pressure groups, facilities management and numerous other organizational issues.

Who has time to concern themselves with learning?

    Thanks, David Boulton
