Leave two or three children behind

Sen. John Kerry’s education plan calls for leaving two or three children behind, says The Torch, a relatively new satire and analysis site.

Presenting a detailed outline of his rebuke to Bush’s central education reform efforts, embodied in the No Child Left Behind Act, Kerry suggested that he would consider a degree of operational flexibility, but that “the sweet spot is probably two, maybe three children left behind and totally lost each year.”

I notice The Torch‘s Ads by Google think it’s a good site to find Kerry voters.

  1. It seems that Google ads often are aimed at an audience quite unlike the one that the webmaster is after. I mean, would you endorse these ads on your site at this very moment?

    “Receive Your Diploma Now
High school diplomas based on work and life experience. Apply now.”

    “Legal University Degrees
Forget fake degrees. Verifiable and legal diplomas from $100. Aff.”

But the frequency of these ads is probably an illusion caused by selective perception, since I remember inappropriate ads more than appropriate ones.
