It’s my daughter’s birthday today. We celebrated last night so she can devote today to watching the final episode of “Sex and the City” with her friends.

Happy birthday Allison, the girl named after the engine in the P-40. Keep soaring.
I can’t wait for the comments declaring you a bad mother for allowing your daughter to watch such an obviously evil show…
Somebody had to tape it – for research, of course.
Happy birthday, Allison. Pisces rule (even on the cusp).
We don’t know how old Allison is, so we can’t judge whether her watching “Sex and the City” is age-appropriate.
Joanne’s daughter is at least 18; I’d guess more like 23? Perfectly appropriate.
She’s 23. I do not supervise her TV or movie choices. On the other hand, she sometimes tells me that certain shows or movies aren’t suitable for me. And she’s right. I watched a few minutes of Sex and the City once. Good heavens.
Joanne,
Wow. “Parental guidance” has a new meaning now.
She’s 23?? Do you live in a… uh… city?
